Terms and Conditions
You may be offered a free trial as disclosed to you in the subscription offer. If so and you elect to subscribe, you are enrolling in a free trial, the duration of which will be as disclosed to you at sign-up. If you do not cancel within the trial period, you will automatically be enrolled in a paid monthly subscription at the end of the trial.
Autorenewal: Your subscription begins either (a) at the time of purchase if you are not offered a free trial or (b) if you are offered a free trial, at the end of the free trial, and – in either case - renews automatically on a rolling monthly basis. You consent to Chegg automatically charging the payment method on file the monthly subscription cost for the applicable subscription you have selected (as disclosed to you at the time of enrollment), plus applicable tax per month each month until you cancel your subscription. To the extent permitted by law, subscription fees are not refundable.
Your subscription includes up to 30 Expert Checks per billing period. Expert Checks are limited to papers 10,000 words or less and can only be submitted one paper at a time. Any unused subscription benefits expire and do not roll over to subsequent months.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting our Support Page and completing the steps to cancel or by emailing wtsupport@chegg.com. Cancellations will take effect at the next billing period. Following cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period.
